Platinum White Truffle Face Mask - REVIEW

Hello everyone! Happy New year! My first post of 2013 ahh! I must say I am super excited for this year! I got my ATAR recently and I did pretty well, scoring 95.9 at the uni I want to go to!  ヽ(；▽；)ノ

But anyways, today I am going to be writing a review of the Sasatinnie Platinum White Truffle Brightening Silky Mask - a super long name, I know!

My best friend brought me the box of ten over from Singapore and I must say, I really love this product. 

The packaging is adorable!

I didn't end up taking any pictures when I actually had it on, but I found that it fit my face really well! Unlike with other face masks, the eye/nose holes were well spaced and could be adjusted easily.

The sheet was super hydrating, brightening, had plenty of essence and left your skin feeling super soft afterwards! I didn't really notice the scent of the mask, so it isn't bad for your nose either :P

Overall, I would give this product 4.5/5!

School Formal and Upcoming November Haul!

Wowee, I can't believe that this year has gone by so fast! Last night I had my school formal, which was the last school event for the Year 12's of 2012 EVEEER! It was such a great night and one that will last in my memories forever. ヽ(；▽；)ノ

I got ready together with my two closest friends, and we did our makeup and hair together. Now, we are not the greatest at makeup so it involved a lot of experimenting, but I think we managed well in the end :D I wore a lovely purple dress which I got from Myer, and to be honest, I mainly chose it for the colour. 

My best friend wore the loveliest dress ever, which she got from Singapore! I was sooo in love with the colour of it! n___n Everyone looked so great on the night and it was so nice to see everyone in formal, snazzy clothes!

I ended up getting dragged on the dance floor when the macerena and Gangnam Style came on and man, dancing in heels is one of the hardest things EVER! (≧∇≦)/ 

We went back to my friends house for the night and our after party and went night swimming and man, it was so tiring. I ended up staying up all night so I was super dead the next day but it was totally worth it （＾_＾） 
Now today I am spending a relaxing day at home after a super busy week. 

My best friend also brought me back a lot of gifts from Singapore! A lot of these products I will do reviews on, so stay tuned! Haha, that sounded so lame xD

Face Mask + Painting!

Hey guys! (●´∀｀●)I wanted to introduce you to this face mask that I picked up in Morning Glory. I have been so in love with it for the past couple of weeks!

It comes in this little box of five? (I think) and is so easy to apply! It's so soft and smells great and your skin feels so smooth and nice afterwards!

  It kinda looks like porridge! xD

I bought it for around $7AUD and it's soooo worth it!

Ever since doing my research project on acrylic painting I have been falling more and more in love with it. It's so relaxing to just spend a day painting~

But yeah, that's about it for now. Avcon, which is an anime convention in Adelaide, will be coming up next week so I'll probably have a big blog post on it! :D

My moisturiser + facial mist

Ohhh, two blog posts in one day /legasp 
I felt like writing about the facial mist and moisturiser I use so here goes.


The past two months or so, I've been using Olay: Complete Defence as my moisturiser. I really love this moisturiser. It feels really light on my skin and gives a perfect balance of moisture without making my skin look too oily. It also has SPF 30+, which was great during the Summer time. My skin gets really dry during the winter time though, so I'll see how it goes with handling my skin then xD

Another product I really love is my Pure Water Facial Mist from The Face Shop. This is a really nice mist and kept me feeling really refreshed and cool, especially during the Summer time. It also kind of soothed my skin and it smells really good! :D It also sprays nicely over makeup, which is good for days when I have to get dressed up. :3

I was gonna take a picture of me pretending to spray my face but I looked so stupid LOL ;^;
